At BRICK, we don’t do one-size-fits-all fitness. Why would we? Everyone comes to us with different needs, goals, and objectives. And, we’re 100% dedicated to helping you achieve the results you want.

BRICK‘s skilled coaches have developed a new approach to fitness, building an athletic program that’s comprehensive, inclusive and always challenging. Inside these walls, your safety is always our foremost priority.

Our selection of programs includes B|X and B|XC (our high-intensity circuit-style workout), CrossFit (our strength and conditioning program); The Academy (our private classes to give you the foundations for CrossFit), Kickboxing (Muay Thai based), John Lewis Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, S.P.E. (Speed, Power, Endurance: our running class), B|Body (aesthetics based class through functional movements), Yoga and B|Mobile (for recovery) and the BRICK Barbell Club and Gymnastics (both which require at least 6 months of CrossFit experience). Regardless of the class or classes you take, you’ll be excited, engaged and always having fun.

At BRICK, we’re about more than just fitness. We’re a family – a family supported by a team of coaches and staff, each dedicated to offering guidance and support to you, every day. Since we believe you deserve the best when you’re giving your best, all our amenities are top of the line.

After many BX classes and moving through the eight Academy “how to” classes, I took my first true Cross Fit class today at Brick, and they are no joke – they show up in all the ways they say they will. Fun atmosphere, challenging work outs, performance-minded athletes next to newbies pushing themselves and inspiring each other, and great, individualized coaching. They gave me the modifications I needed to keep pushing through the workout to the max I was able to and then were there cheering me on as I was the last to finish. I may have posted the slowest time of the day, but I ended happy, injury-free, and motivated to come back and build the best me, brick by brick.

I absolutely love Brick. I don’t believe I’ve ever worked out properly before joining this studio/box. As of this review, I’ve been a regular for approximately 1 year and can’t get enough. While there are many positives (including location, facility, equipment, etc.) to mention, the quality of every instructor truly sets this place apart. Besides CrossFit, they offer Kickboxing, Endurance, CrossFlow (mobility), Yoga, and B/X (Circuit Training), in addition to other classes.

Love this place! Found it on Classpass, and the BX class is killer!
I am not a “crossfitter” meaning I’m pretty scared to lift big weights, so the BX class is perfect for me. It consists of a warm up, usually a jog, and then you do circuit HIIT training for the rest of the class. OMG idk how they do it, but I feel like I just moved a mountain or something when I am done with classes here! The employees and teachers are all really nice and welcoming, as are the other students when you go the first time.You will probably burn around 750 calories, maybe more in one class!
