Strength and conditioning program testing aerobic capacity and increasing muscular endurance.  Hone in on classic lifts like Deadlifts, squats and presses in a class setting that’s for novice and advanced athletes alike.

B|STRONG

BRICK’s approach to bodybuilding for those looking to gain strength, develop muscle and improve definition with isolated free weight movements.

 

B|MOBILE

Enhance muscle recovery and increase range of motion through deep stretching and mobility techniques utilizing bands, foam rollers, and lacrosse balls and other tools.

B|X

This high intensity interval class utilizes bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls combined with TrueForm runners, rowers and AirDyne bikes in a circuit that will leave you gasping for air and hungry for more!

Barbell|Club

Specialized class that focuses on the Olympic lifts (Snatch & Clean and jerk) and accessory movements to improve these lifts. Focuses on the very basics for novice lifters to the smallest details for advanced lifters.

RUN|Endurance

For all levels focused on improving all aspects of their running technique through sprint, endurance & agility work both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting).

CrossFit

Functional movements at high intensity combining gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. Requires previous experience in CrossFit or completion of BRICK|Academy.

BRICK|Academy

For new athletes looking to start high-intensity training, this class focuses on all the basics to build a solid foundation before jumping into class.

One hour flow made for the hard working athlete that focuses on improving your mobility, flexibility & stability to support your weekly workouts.
