50 high knees
30 lunges
1 min plank hold

10 Pushups
10 Sit ups
10 Squats

200 Air Squats
Every minute on the minute stop and do 3 burpees and continue.

Run 200m
20 Squats
10 Burpees

3 Rounds:
Run 200m
25 Pushups

5 Rounds:
30 Mountain climbers
5 Burpees
30 Jumping jacks
5 Push-ups

100 Burpees      *Every minute stop and do 20 mountain climbers

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 sets of sit-ups and a 100 meter sprint between each set

“21’s” 1- Push-up, 20- sit-ups, 2-Push-ups,19 sit-ups, 3-Push-ups, 18 sit-ups, etc….. until you reach 20 Push-ups and 1 sit-up.
