The cashew cheese and vegan sausage are a great source of protein.  Add on your favorite veggies for a simple and quick meal!


-Pita Bread

-Tomato Sauce

-Vegan Cashew Cheese

-Vegan Sausage

-Bell Pepper



-Black Olives


Sauté vegan sausage.  Spread desired amount of tomato sauce on pita bread, add veggies, vegan sausage and top with vegan cashew cheese.  Place on baking tray and bake at 425 for 5-8 minutes or until crispy.
