Full time uber driver for my kids. Rest of the time I work in Strategy for a big bank in SF. Lucky to have flexibility to make the 4:30 classes.
Golf, financial markets, cooking channels, traveling. If anything, being away from my desk and outside!

What goals have you achieved? What are your new ones?
I completed a half marathon and many 10/5ks. Would love to finish a marathon or triathlon one day. Or, maybe a TEDx talk.

dumbell bench press or pull ups
What is your least favorite movement?
Bike. Its rough but I’m improving

Outside is free. Get out and explore.
Do you have any advice to new members or someone thinking about joining or starting their fitness journey?
Disclaimer: I never did xFit or HIIT before BRICK.
First, stick with it! You’ll surprise yourself in a few weeks/months on how much you’ll improve. Secondly, the hardest part is making the effort to come in. Once you do, you won’t be disappointed after the work out. If anything, you’ve likely made the greatest investment for the day, yourself.

Most importantly, the staff along with the members are great. The coaches are always encouraging with a positive attitude. Secondly, its well-kept and clean.
