I’m a dedicated husband and father of two beautiful girls that believes you should live life to its fullest. I’m from the Chicago area, moved to California roughly 4.5 years ago. I love playing video games and work in the video game industry – my true calling! I also enjoy working out, biking, Netflix binging, and trying new restaurants.

I eat or what is your favorite food…
I crave sushi weekly, and have become quite the sushi snob. I’ve also incorporated more paleo and grain free foods into my diet. Lately, I’ve been addicted to grain free tortilla chips and hot salsa (does anyone know of an extremely spicy salsa?).
What goals have you achieved? What are your new ones?
Moving to California and having my own place – something I wanted to do since I was young. I don’t think I can ever go back to cold winters again!

Life’s too short – don’t let the small things get you down.
Do you have any advice to new members or someone thinking about joining or starting their fitness journey?
Don’t feel overwhelmed by the workouts. After 3-4 weeks you will get the hang of it and there’s a good chance you will be addicted.
