Our bodies need to be challenged in a different way to avoid plateaus, overtraining, and our programming focuses on just that! Our classes will help you build muscle, lower body fat and improve your general well-being. All movements can be modified and scaled to ensure every individual receives a proper workout.
Functional fitness movements combining weightlifting, gymnastics and endurance work to increase overall work capacity. We do CrossFit with safety in mind. You will be pushed, but not to the point of risking injury. We like to call it CrossFit 2.0.
ACTIVE RECOVERY CLASSES: An integral part of fitness is recovery. Proper recovery reduces your risk for injury and allows you to push even harder in classes. Many gyms preach it but we deliver! We offer 3 active recovery classes:
Enhance muscle recovery and increase range of motion through deep stretching utilizing bands, foam rollers, lacrosse balls, Crossover Symmetry and more.
Personal Training: Want individual attention? Personal Training provides the right amount of motivation, accountability and individualized programming to help you achieve your goals. Whether you’re just getting back into your fitness routine or want to work on a skill, personal training is a great way to maximize your time in the gym.
Nutrition Coaching: We know that you can work hard in the gym but it’s the 23 hours outside the gym that are so crucial! Get the results you want by dialing in your nutrition. Our one on one nutrition coaching sessions focus on tracking your macros with healthy (and realistic) foods. We don’t prescribe diets. We offer guidance for sustainable longterm results.
InBody Scan: See what you’re made of! Body composition analysis is essential to completely understand health and weight as traditional methods of assessing health, such as BMI, can be misleading. Going beyond your weight, body composition analysis breaks down your body into four components: fat, lean body mass, minerals and body water. The results act as a guide to help you achieve your goals; whether that is shedding a few unwanted pounds or a complete body transformation.
