How Our Weekly Programming Works?

Our programming is designed with purpose, variety, and progression, creating a well-rounded fitness experience that keeps you improving week by week:

  • Strength Days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday):
    Build strength and improve foundational lifts with focused sessions. Our 4-week cycles ensure you see measurable progress in movements like squats, presses, and deadlifts.
  • Endurance & Intervals (Tuesday & Thursday):
    Sweat it out with longer, heart-pumping workouts that challenge your stamina and cardiovascular endurance. These sessions mix interval training and sustained efforts for maximum impact.
  • Famous Team Workouts (Saturday):
    Saturdays are all about community and camaraderie! Our team workouts are a member favorite, combining fun challenges with the encouragement of a supportive group.
  • Just Move Sundays:
    Sundays are your chance to reset and refresh. These lighter sessions focus on mobility, recovery, and keeping your body moving to prepare for the week ahead.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
